Connecting to a ScreenConnect Remote Session
Connect with Support
Call us at 585-553-0378 or Email support@bataviacpr.com.
Request a support code from our technician.
Enter the Support Code
We will provide you with a unique support code. On the support page, you will see a field labeled “Enter your code.”
Type the support code provided by the technician into this field.
Start the Session
Click the “Join Session” button or press Enter.
Follow any prompts to download and run the ScreenConnect client.
Grant Permission
Once the client is installed and running, you may be asked to grant permission for the technician to access your computer.
Click “Allow” or “Yes” to proceed.
Wait for Connection
The technician will now be able to see your screen and assist you with your issue.
Stay on the line with the technician in case further instructions are needed.
End of Session
When the support session is complete, the technician will inform you.
You can close the ScreenConnect client or the technician may end the session for you.
