Component Replacement: Simple tasks like swapping keyboards, mice, monitors, or batteries in devices.
Equipment Refreshes: Assisting in the physical replacement of outdated equipment with new models, including setting up and configuring basic functionalities.
Peripheral Setup: Installing and configuring peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices.
Software Installation: Basic software installations and updates as per the client’s SOP.
Physical Cleaning and Maintenance: Providing routine cleaning of hardware to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
Tier 2: Intermediate Technical Support – $90 – $120 Per Hour
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing common hardware issues.
Documentation Analysis: Ability to read and understand technical documentation for troubleshooting.
Network Support: Basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and router configurations.
